As we all know Dude Theft Wars is quite a famous android game and has a huge fanbase, it is because the game is most like GTA V. Dude Theft Wars is an Action-Adventure game that is still in the early access development process. The game contains Single Player mode and recently Multiplayer mode has also been added. With that said, this game doesn't have many missions, unlike GTA V. As mentioned above it is still in Early Access so hope they would add missions later in the upcoming updates.
There are 3 characters in the game but only 2 are unlockable. We will unlock the 2nd character Richie. First off, you need to go to the police station where Richie has been kept locked.
Then Kiril will ask you to help him get the hacking device to get Richie out of the jail which is controlled by dudenet. Follow the video below to know the exact location of the hacking devices.

And there's one more thing you need to do before saving Richie. The thing is you need to earn 3000$ to get the special batteries Kiril asked for. To do this I have provided the video below to get make it easier for you.

Well Done! You have earned 3000$, now go to the Dudemart and get the special battery. Then Kiril will start hacking but unfortunately, he hacks the wrong dude the 'HAYGANG'. Now the real fun part begins you need to get ready to fight the gang by yourself. YES, ONLY YOU because Kiril will not even help you.
This will be a hard mission because the gang is too big and on top of that the police will also chase you so get prepared, go get some bombs or any powerful gun because you will need it. After all this shet*, you will need to drive some taxis for some time to show the police that you are an innocent citizen which YOU ARE NOT!
